The 2022 Ford Edge is a two-row SUV that looks as natural on city streets as it does on off-road trails. Performance

For recreational drives with a trailer in tow, a 3,500-pound maximum towing capacity and Trailer Sway Control are also offered.
Design
Throughout the Edge’s sophisticated cabin, you’ll find many luxury amenities, like heated front and rear seats, a rotary gear shift dial, and ambient lighting. To make room for cargo, there’s a 60/40 split-folding seat available for the back and a cargo management system as well.
Outside the vehicle, many wheel sizes and distinctive styles are available, including a set of head-turning 20-inch black-painted wheels. Along with these comes the option of all-terrain tires, fog lamps, and adaptive headlights, so you’ll be ready for changing terrains and lighting conditions.
Technology
To keep everyone in the cabin entertained and connected there’s SYNC 4A. This infotainment system can be controlled with your hands, if using its dazzling touchscreen display, or your voice, if opting for the voice command feature.
If you need to charge laptops or smartphones while away from home, there are two 12-volt power outlets and a wireless charging pad available. For passengers sitting in the rear seats, the Dual Headrest DVD Entertainment System is sure to keep them busy on long road trips.
Safety
For safety on highways, both Pre-Collision Assist and the Blind Spot Information System complement each other by warning you of other vehicles that are either in your lane up ahead or approaching any of your blind spots.
The 180-degree camera system can help you visualize nearby obstacles on trails, while Enhanced Active Park Assist makes both perpendicular and parallel parking a breeze by steering the vehicle into tight spots after you give the go-ahead.
